We are a young and dynamic legal start-up with big ambitions specializing in the area of Intellectual Property & Commercial law.

Our services include trademark, patent & designs registration & maintenance, strategic IP legal planning, contract drafting, legal defence, IP workshops & seminars.

Our mission is to help our clients building strategies to avoid complicated legal scenarios, allowing them to focus on profitability & growth.

We are passionate about enhancing clients’ growth through pro-active Intellectual Property management.

I am a strong believer in the power that Intellectual Property rights have to help business succeed.

Whilst my heart feels it belongs to many places including Ireland, Italy and Portugal, I was born in Brazil and been living in Spain since 2002.

As a lawyer specialising in Intellectual Property, it is my mission to help clients to commercially benefit from their brands, designs and inventions. For the record, I prefer settling battles out-of-court, and I have a pretty good record of doing that successfully..

My career path gave me incredible opportunities to see life from different angles.

I went from a big multinational, where I learned among other things to be a researcher, to a family business, where I did everything you have to when resources are limited. Later experienced the public-sector in an ambitious project to help harmonized the EU IPOs practices and then I finally became a business owner.

Apart from the legal practice, I am passionate about education. It is a passion that accompanied me all my life, so not surprisingly, I became a Professor at different business schools for both their graduate and undergraduate courses and Sales Mentor.

When I am not building legal strategies and teaching, I am running with my beautiful White Swiss Sheppard or behind my toddler.

More than 15 years, working in different areas and sectors for start-ups, venture capitalists, private equity, investment banking. I am proud to have worked with business in the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Emerging Market: LATAM and Brazil.

Interested in, and passionate about building new digital business and technology.
